Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 3 weekend shifts in 4 weeks, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Candidates must have at least 1.5 years of Level 1, Level 2 or tertiary experience; a minimum of 1 year of experience at a facility with 450 or more beds; IN State or compact RN license; BLS certification through AHA.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a hospital with 450+ beds and proficiency with electronic charting systems such as EPIC; experience in medical-surgical nursing care, assessments, care planning, and use of medical equipment like IV pumps, wound vacs, and telemetry monitoring.
• Additional Information:
  • Candidates will float to medical units only, with a focus on general medical and surgical care.
  • Training includes a one-day hospital orientation and approximately five days of nursing orientation, including EPIC classes.
  • Candidate must be willing to wait for license submission.
