Position: Medical Surgical LPN
IV Certification: Required (Firm Requirement)
⏰ Hours: 48 Hours/Week
Shift: Nights
Start Date: ASAP
Requirements
✅ 2+ years of recent Med Surg experience
✅ Travel experience required
✅ Level I Trauma experience required
✅ Large hospital experience required
✅ Active Compact/NLC License required (No pending licenses)
Patient Load
Ratio: 1:7 (Team Nursing Model)
➡️ Additional support from PCCs, RNs, and other staff
Scheduling
Weekend: As needed
On-Call: As needed
❌ Block scheduling not available (Weekend block may be considered)
Traveler Requirements
No local candidates within 100 miles of the facility (Strict Rule)
First-time travelers not accepted unless they have 3+ years of recent experience
