Job Summary The Medical Surgical Oncology Floor Registered Nurse position is based in Iowa. This role involves working as part of the interdisciplinary team to provide and manage patient care in a high-acuity environment. The position requires flexibility to float within the same discipline across local campuses and involves night shifts with a schedule of 12 hours per shift, every third night, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Position Type: Travel assignment in the Medical Surgical Oncology Floor specialty
Required Qualifications: Valid drivers license, work history/resume, skills checklist completed within 1 year, license verification, and current certifications including BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS (American Heart Association).
Preferred Qualifications: Two or more years of Med surg and/or Oncology experience, high acuity care experience, travel experience, and certifications in chemo administration (if certified).
Special Notes: The assignment involves covering shifts described as per facility fixed notes, with specific orientation scheduled. Candidates must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility, unless local to Madison with a 10% rate reduction.
