Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Oncology (ONC) at a major healthcare organization in New York, NY. This outpatient oncology infusion role involves providing chemotherapy treatment in a supportive clinical setting. The position offers a variety of responsibilities supporting both the chemotherapy and non-chemotherapy infusion services, with support to multiple units within the organization.

Job Details:

  • Location: New York, NY
  • Schedule: Days shift, 9.5 hours per shift, minimum of 38 hours per week, starting on 09/07/2026
  • Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, chemotherapy certification, at least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, current BLS certification, and recent experience in an outpatient oncology infusion unit.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in adult outpatient oncology infusion, familiarity with infusion equipment, and prior float support in diverse units.
  • Responsibilities: Administer chemotherapy and supportive medications, monitor patient responses, support other units as needed, ensure adherence to SOPs, and maintain compliance with AHA and ENA guidelines.
  • Schedule & Flexibility: Schedule is planned four weeks in advance; support for float assignments is not required.
