End Date: 01/18/2027
Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: RN licensure, BLS certification, one year inpatient or rehab experience
Preferred Qualifications: Medical/Telemetry experience or higher acuity skills, ACLS certification, experience with PT/OT/ST services for a total of 3 hours daily
Responsibilities: Collaborate effectively with therapy departments, promote patient independence while maintaining safety standards, adhere to unit policies including fall precautions, HAIs, isolation, and care experience policies.
Additional Information: Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work well with interdisciplinary teams and support patient-centered care on a busy inpatient rehabilitation unit.
