Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor located in Escondido, California. This position involves providing comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patient populations in a state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital. The role focuses on supporting patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses, including stroke, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries, with the aim of maximizing their health, function, and quality of life.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 36 hours per week, three 12-hour shifts.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS certification, at least 1 year of relevant experience, current California state licensing, and a healthcare provider background.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with adult and geriatric patient populations in a rehabilitation or acute care setting.
• Additional Information: Candidate must be able to work four weekend shifts within a six-week schedule. The role requires flexibility to float as needed within the unit.
