Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Registered Nurse experience required
• Med/Surg RN or orthopedic nursing experience preferred
• Valid Oklahoma RN license or compact RN license required at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Epic charting experience required
• Travel nursing experience required
• Ability to care for adult and geriatric patient populations
• Comfortable floating within scope as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care for orthopedic, spine, and medical-surgical patients
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes in condition, and escalate concerns promptly
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to the plan of care
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy teams, and support services to promote positive outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in Epic
• Support safe patient flow, efficient unit operations, and strong teamwork
• Float within scope when needed to help meet facility needs
• Deliver reliable care in a fast-paced healthcare environment that values flexibility, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment
