Job Details:

• Position: RN Medical Surgical Floor
• Location: Wilson, North Carolina
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/31/2026
• Required Qualifications: Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher, valid RN license, BLS certification, minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, must be able to accommodate schedule needs, Meditech experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Med Surg, familiarity with common diagnoses and treatments such as surgical care, psychiatric, and post-operative exchanges.
• Additional Information:
  • Unit Profile: 22 beds per unit with patient ratios of 6:1 up to 7:1
  • Equipment: Telemetry monitoring
  • Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
  • Dress Code: Scrubs (any color acceptable)
  • Float Requirements: Yes, as the second nurse in Telemetry and Emergency Department settings
  • No call requirements.
  • The role is part of a contractor replacement assignment.
