Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Lees Summit, Missouri. This role involves providing quality patient care on a medical-surgical unit with an emphasis on safety and efficiency. Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support). Education requirements include relevant nursing degrees. Prior experience in medical-surgical nursing is preferred but not mandatory. The position is open to candidates with 0 or more years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with BLS and ACLS certifications will be prioritized.
• Additional Information: The unit has 36 beds with a staff of 69 healthcare professionals, including charge nurses, registered nurses, patient care technicians, and support staff. Equipment used includes Alaris Pumps and wound vacuums. The unit maintains a Charcoal Grey scrub dress code and emphasizes employee recognition and patient safety. There are no any specific call requirements or weekend staffing obligations beyond the scheduled shifts.
