The role requires a dedicated nurse to work day shifts, ensuring quality care for general medical and surgical patients.
Job Details:
Schedule: Dayshift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid WV State License or Compact, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLs), at least 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical (MS), and WV Cares certification or active status
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry units
Additional Information: Specific notes from the facility regarding dress code require navy blue scrubs. Position is located in a 25-bed acute care hospital in Woodstock, Virginia, offering 24/7 emergency services and diverse outpatient and inpatient care services. The unit caters to general Medical Surgical patients with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:6.
