Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical Floor Devils Lake, North Dakota. This position involves providing direct nursing care in a hospital setting within the medical-surgical unit. Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license granted by the North Dakota Board of Nursing (NDBON) or a Compact State Agreement; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) prior to start date
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The registered nurse provides continuity of care by performing daily patient rounds, developing and implementing care plans, and engaging in patient education and discharge planning. The role includes assessing patient conditions, identifying early warning signs, and responding to changes in patient status.
