Job Summary:
Vermont Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift. This position involves providing care primarily for adult patients, with occasional pediatric cases, in a rural hospital located in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. The RN will coordinate comprehensive patient care across medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric units, supporting a team-oriented environment. The role offers an opportunity to experience the natural beauty and outdoor adventures of Vermont while delivering exceptional healthcare in a critical access hospital setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure, BLS certification (American Heart Association), ACLS certification, at least 3 years of acute care experience, Meditech experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Travelers will start on Wednesdays. During the week of orientation, travelers on a 48-hour contract will only be guaranteed 36 hours due to midweek start. Credentialing requirements must be completed and credentials uploaded five business days before the start date.
