- Shift: Days, 07:00 - 19:30
- Schedule: 36 hours per week, minimum of 36 hours guaranteed
- Start Date: 07/27/2026
- Required Qualifications: ADN degree in Nursing, current BLS (American Heart Association) certification, at least 1 year of experience in Med/Surg, and RN licensure in the state of New Mexico.
- Preferred Qualifications: Nephrology or dialysis experience, charge nurse experience preferred but not required, observation unit experience a plus.
- Patient Population: Geriatric and adult patients, with common diagnoses including ESRD, Peritoneal Dialysis, and Hemodialysis.
- Unit Information: 24 beds, patient ratios 1:4 to 1:6, equipped with VS machines, bladder scanners, lifts, thermal imaging, and IV pumps/tubes. Electronic health record system used is Cerner.
- Additional Notes: Must demonstrate competency in medical/surgical skills, with flexibility for float shifts as needed based on facility requirements.
