Registered Nurse (Joint Center / Medical-Surgical Unit)
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN coordinates and delivers care in accordance with established clinical standards and collaborates with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
This role is responsible for coordinating care for a designated patient population within the Joint Center and Medical-Surgical units. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, supervising Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and support staff, and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care throughout the patient's stay.
The RN is accountable for all aspects of patient care and reports directly to the Nurse Manager/Director. This position operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
Orthopedic surgical care experience is strongly preferred.
Qualifications

Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
