Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg experience
Active Indiana RN License
BLS Certification (required at submission)
Epic experience preferred

Unit Highlights

29-bed Adult Med-Surg unit
Fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong teamwork and experienced nursing staff
Adult patient population

Common Patient Diagnoses

Pneumonia
Heart Failure
Cardiac conditions
Encephalopathy
Infections
Wounds
Acute Kidney Injury (AKI)
Stroke/TIA

Ideal Candidate

Able to provide safe, efficient, patient-centered care

Schedule & Expectations

12-hour night shifts (7P–7A)
Weekend and holiday rotation as needed
Potential on-call/call-back (discussed individually)
May float to similar Med-Surg units
3 call-ins may result in contract termination

Dress Code

Navy blue scrubs
No scrubs displaying competing healthcare system or agency logos

Submission Requirements

No local candidates (40-mile radius rule)
BLS certification and active Indiana RN license must be attached with submission
COVID-19 vaccine not currently required (subject to change)
