Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor (MS) in a healthcare facility is seeking a qualified professional for night shifts. This position involves caring for patients primarily with spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, strokes, amputations, burns, pediatric conditions, and multiple traumas. The role requires experience in high acuity rehabilitation and specialized skills such as trach care, ventilator management, IV therapy, wound care, and bowel programs.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: BLS, NIHSS certification; Degree required; Location: [Location to be specified]; Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Schedule: Night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The unit has 23 beds with an average patient census tailored to high acuity care. Candidates must be comfortable floating within scope of practice; orientation includes online sessions, in-person training, and unit-specific onboarding. The unit culture is highly accepting of travelers, with staff held to the same standards. Scrub color is Galaxy Blue, with free parking available. Candidates will work every third weekend and some holidays, with approval required for time off.
