Job Requirements

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification required
• 3 years of RN experience preferred in Med/Surg, Infectious Disease, and/or case management
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team-based care model
• Experience in outpatient clinic, clinical support, or healthcare coordination is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in an Infectious Disease clinic setting
• Perform patient assessments, monitor symptoms, and support treatment plans
• Coordinate care with providers and assist with case management needs as assigned
• Educate patients and families on care instructions, follow-up, and wellness goals
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold excellent clinical standards
• Support smooth patient flow and contribute to a positive outpatient clinic experience
