**Exciting Nursing Opportunity: Join Our Team!** **Job Description:** - Provide professional nursing care for assigned patients using the nursing process: - Assessment - Diagnosis - Planning - Intervention - Evaluation - Maintain high standards and comply with state regulations while aligning with our health center's mission. - Complete nursing database and care plans with concise and relevant information, reporting findings to physicians promptly. - Perform nursing procedures and interventions safely, efficiently, and with technical skill. - Defuse anxious, hostile, or violent behaviors at the earliest opportunity. - Identify patient learning needs and deliver effective education. - Demonstrate appropriate and effective delegation of tasks. - Utilize information from annual training effectively and adhere to the nurse practice act. **Required Education:** - Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited nursing school. **Preferred Education:** - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). **Required Certifications & Licensure:** - Current Kansas Registered Nurse License. - BLS Certification. **Preferred Certifications & Licensure:** - N/A **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
