Additional Information: PLEASE READ FACILITY FIXED NOTES FOR MORE DETAILS - 12N19 RN with every other holiday and every other weekend commitment. Dress code is Navy blue. Traveler RNs are the first to float if needed. Unit description: 4D is a 26 bed Med/Surg unit. We are accredited for our Bariatric Program and Total Joint Program of Excellence. We have 22 private rooms and 2 semi-private. We are fast paced and high energy with an emphasis on teamwork and accountability. We do not provide telemetry services.
