Job Summary:
Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) position in Rumford, Maine. This role involves providing patient care on a medical-surgical floor specializing in adult and geriatric populations. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services in accordance with facility standards and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Job Details:

  • Shift: Nights (07:00 PM 07:00 AM)
  • Schedule: 36 hours per week, with weekend hours required
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHHS) certifications, minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, located in Maine, and experience on a medical-surgical unit preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Additional experience in geriatric and adult patient populations.
  • Additional Information: The position requires the candidate to work on a 20-bed unit serving geriatric and adult patients. Essential equipment includes electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic. Personnel must adhere to facility dress code, with navy scrubs. No float rotation is required for this role.
