Job Summary
Med/Surg Float Pool Nurse in Tennessee. This position involves working night shifts in a medical surgical environment, providing care within multiple units, including general med/surg and patient population age 18+. The role requires flexibility to meet staffing needs and potential float to the emergency room. Candidates must have previous travel experience and a valid Tennessee or compact nursing license.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Two years of clinical experience, prior travel experience, Tennessee (TN) license or compact license on file at time of submission, BLS certification, and minimum one year of relevant experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cerner electronic medical records system, experience in med/surg units, and flexibility to float across various units including emergency departments.
• Additional Information: Orientation dates are on 8/17, 8/24, and 8/31. No time off approved from 9/19 to 10/17 due to Epic Go Live. Scrubs Navy attire is required. The unit makes the schedule; candidates must be flexible. IVS to interview and manager to extend offers.
