Job Summary: Medical Surgical (MS) nurse on the 3 East cardiac/neuro unit in a healthcare facility. This position involves providing specialized patient care in a high-acuity environment, requiring high proficiency in cardiac and neuro patient management. The assignment is scheduled for nights, with a focus on cardiac/neuro care.
Job Details:
Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift
Schedule: 36 hours per week, starting on 10/12/2026 and ending on 01/11/2027
Required Qualifications: Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license, active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications. Minimum of 4 years current experience in Medical Surgical, Cardiac, or Neuro units. Telemetry experience and basic dysrhythmia course completion are strongly required.
Float: Willingness to float to other units as needed.
Additional Information:
Must include a skills checklist demonstrating high proficiency in cardiac and neuro patients.
Candidate must upload their Massachusetts nursing license and all required certifications with their profile.
Personal scrubs of any color acceptable.
Travelers are required to work two of the specified holiday periods.
Perm address must be included in the profile; all scheduling requests must be made at submission.
No block scheduling considerations will be accepted.
All RTO requests must be included in profile at time of submission; late requests may lead to rescinded offers.
Candidate must have reliable personal transportation.
