Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Saratoga Springs, New York.

Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) position on a medical-surgical floor in New York. This role involves providing acute care in a fast-paced environment, requiring prior travel experience and current acute medical-surgical nursing expertise. The assignment begins on September 7, 2026, with a contract duration through January 2, 2027.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid New York State license, EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) certification, minimum 2 years of current acute medical-surgical experience, prior travel nursing experience preferred, no local candidates within 50 miles.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a high-volume medical-surgical setting, familiarity with EPIC EMR.
  • Additional Information: The position is based at a healthcare organization in SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY. Candidates must be able to start on 09/07/2026 or any Monday thereafter. There are no float requirements for this role, and local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible.
