**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Shift: 3x12 hour Nights - Years of Experience: 2 years preferred - Travel experience preferred - Charting: Epic - Certifications: BLS - Patient Ratios: 1:6 **Patient Diagnoses Include:** - Sepsis - CIWA - Confusion - Acute Mental Status Changes (AMS) - COPD - Post-operative cares - Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) - Trauma - Respiratory failure - Bowel obstruction - Pyelonephritis - Cardiac conditions - Diabetes - GI conditions - Isolation cases - Suicidal Ideation with medical indications **Essential Job Functions:** - Demonstrate knowledge and appropriate use of the Nursing Process for patients of all ages: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics. - Document thoroughly as care is delivered, following regulatory and hospital requirements. - Assume responsibility for clinical competencies and professional development of self and others. - Apply theoretical knowledge and practical skills in a clinical environment. - Adapt to varied shifts and days, including weekends and holidays. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Utilize good judgment and demonstrate patience in patient care. - Employ best practices as expected by department leaders while maintaining professionalism. - Thrive in a busy, stressful work environment that evolves to meet new patient safety requirements. - Possess computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Electronic medical records software. - Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload. - Demonstrate effective interpersonal verbal communication and advanced math skills. - Engage in creativity, problem analysis, teamwork, and decision-making. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
