Job Summary Medical Surgical Floor (MS) in a healthcare setting. This role involves floating across all medical surgical units as needed, supporting patient care and operational needs. The position offers an opportunity to work night shifts with a schedule of 12 hours per shift, with a minimum commitment through early 2027.

Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience, Level 1 trauma experience, travel experience, EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR) proficiency, current and valid healthcare professional licensure, ability to float across medical-surgical units, and commitment to start on or before 01/05/2027.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a high-acuity environment, demonstrated flexibility with floating, strong clinical skills in inpatient care.
Additional Information: Holiday coverage is expected. The position does not require a home base and involves floating across all medical-surgical units as needed. It is suitable for candidates willing to commit through early 2027, with the opportunity to qualify for higher winter rates starting 10/11/2026, contingent on meeting criteria.
