Key Responsibilities

• Float between Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and Step-Down Units (SDU) as assigned
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with unit-specific protocols and standards
• Monitor and assess patients on telemetry and medical surgical floors during night shift hours
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and deliver quality patient care
• Adapt quickly to varying patient populations and unit environments as a float pool nurse

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
• Experience in Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing
• Ability to work night shift hours (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a float pool or Step-Down Unit (SDU) setting
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Strong adaptability and ability to transition between multiple units
