Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Nurse located in the specified area. This full-time position involves providing both routine and complex nursing care within a clinical setting, ensuring patient safety and well-being through independent practice and effective delegation. The role requires the ability to assess, diagnose, plan, and evaluate patient care, while addressing the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.

Job Details

• Position Description: The Nurse practices independently, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of the clinical situation. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments using appropriate protocols, documenting patient history and care, and providing education to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred), current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (AHA only), and RN license in the state of Texas or a compact state.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 10/12/2026 and ending on 01/09/2027.
• Additional Information: Attendees must participate in organizational orientation within the first 30 days, complete competency validations, and meet annual verification requirements.
