Job Summary Medical Surgical with Telemetry RN Gallatin, TN. This position involves providing patient care in a 167-bed healthcare facility with Level III Trauma Center status. The role requires delivering quality nursing services to patients of all ages within a hospital environment that emphasizes professionalism and clinical excellence.
Job Details
Position Description: Open to 48-hour guaranteed shifts and weekend block scheduling at a fully accredited hospital serving the community for over 60 years. The facility employs more than 1,000 employees and 300 physicians, and maintains Level III Trauma Center status.
Required Qualifications: Certification/licensure to work as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Tennessee; ACLS, BLS, and NIH; MS/Telemetry experience; IV insertion; 1+ years of experience; Must have required certifications prior to start.
Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week, with every other or as-needed weekend hours; call as needed.
Additional Information: All clinical staff in Tennessee must be checked against the Tennessee Abuse Registry prior to assignment start date, with results required before beginning. Experience with Meditech electronic health record and Omnicell medication dispense systems preferred.
