Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: 24 months of current Medical Surgical and Medical Surgical Telemetry experience, Iowa or multistate license, active BLS certification, proficiency with Heparin, recent Charge Nurse experience, and a minimum of 1 completed travel contract within the past 18 months
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system, precepting experience, and recent/current charge nurse experience
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidates must quickly interview viable candidates via phone call or text from a 405 area code. Orientation is scheduled for 10/12/2026. The assignment is from 10/12/2026 to 01/11/2027, with a holiday requirement to work 1-2 of the upcoming 3 holidays unless the unit is closed. The role includes working every third weekend. Candidates must have at least 24 months of recent Med Surg / Med Surg Tele experience and have experience caring for all patient types, including telemetry/cardiac care.
