Job Summary:
A Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurse position is available in Janesville, Wisconsin. This role involves caring for patients on skilled nursing units, utilizing the nursing process, administering medications, documenting care, and participating in quality improvement activities. The position is ideal for an experienced RN seeking a short-term assignment in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Details:

  • Location: Janesville, Wisconsin
  • Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts from 06:30 to 19:00, with every third weekend and holiday rotation
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Wisconsin nursing license, current CPR certification, education verification, and at least 0 years of nursing experience
  • Position Type: 0.9 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE)
  • Duration: 8-week assignment
  • Start Date: 08/10/2026
  • Responsibilities include utilizing clinical expertise to support patient care across units, documenting according to standards of care, and participating in department performance improvement activities.
  • May be asked to float to other inpatient units based on census needs.
