Job Summary Medical Surgical with Telemetry registered nurses and certified nursing assistants are needed for a healthcare facility located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The position involves working night shifts, providing patient care in a post-operative and telemetry environment. This opportunity offers varied clinical responsibilities within a fast-paced acute care setting, requiring adaptability and a solid foundation in MedSurg and telemetry patient management.
Job Details
Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Start Date: 08/24/2026
Required Qualifications: Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Certified Nursing Assistant, minimum of 2 years of recent hospital acute MedSurg experience, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (NIHSS can be obtained after offer)
Preferred Qualifications: Epic electronic medical record experience within the past year, strong intravenous skills, experience in a teaching hospital environment
Schedule: Night shifts, 3x12 hours, with a minimum of six weekend shifts in a six-week period (Saturdays and Sundays)
Additional Information:
Must have recent experience working in a MedSurg/Telemetry setting.
Will be assigned to one of four MedSurg units at the start date, based on proximity to candidates home unit.
First to float and must be willing to float to different units as needed.
All work history must include unit size, hospital size, trauma level, EMR used, patient types/duties, and float areas.
Cancellation policy permits one shift every 14 days per institution policy.
No BSN required to submit, but license must be active and current.
All candidates are expected to have basic and advanced cardiovascular life support certifications and to demonstrate strong IV skills.
