Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS Tele) registered nurse position in an acute care setting. The assignment involves night shifts, with a focus on adult and geriatrics patient populations, utilizing Epic electronic medical records. Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care across various medical and surgical units, with an emphasis on telemetry monitoring, and adhering to hospital policies and protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS; minimum 2 years of recent hospital acute experience; experience with Epic electronic medical records; valid license to submit; minimum of 0 years of experience (at least 2 years preferred)
• Preferred Qualifications: Teaching facility experience highly preferred; strong IV skills; experience in adult and geriatrics patient care; ability to float to different units such as Tele, Stepdown, ICU
• Float: First to float and must be willing to do so
• Additional Information:
  • Start date: 08/31/2026, end date: 11/30/2026
  • Must have one supervisor reference from the most recent/current assignment; charge nurse references not accepted
  • Minimum 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period (including Saturdays and Sundays)
  • Must have EPIC experience within the last year
  • The facility is a teaching hospital with multiple MS units, patient ratios of 1:5-6, and beds ranging from 24 to 35 across units
