Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) at an Iowa healthcare facility. This position involves contributing professional and clinical expertise within an interdisciplinary team, providing patient care, and potentially floating across local campuses within the same discipline. The role requires quick onboarding, effective communication, and adherence to facility protocols to deliver high-quality patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Illinois state license, ACLS (American Heart Association), BLS (American Heart Association), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale), experience with Med1 drips (heparin, cardizem, nitro, non-DKA insulin, amio), valid drivers license, work history/resume, skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission, license verification, copy of required certifications, supervisory reference at time of submission.
• Preferred Qualifications: At least 1 travel contract completed, Epic experience preferred.
• Additional Information:
  • Orientation scheduled from 08/24 to 09/08.
  • Submission requirements include travel history, certifications, skills checklist, and references.
  • Must reside outside of 50 miles from the facility, with exceptions for local candidates in Madison with a 10% rate reduction.
  • The facility is a Level 3 trauma center in Bettendorf, IA.
  • The position begins on 08/24/2026 and is open for new graduates.
  • No on-call requirements; every other weekend.
  • The rate of pay is 92.
