Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Registered Nurse (RN) for a healthcare facility located in Bel Air, Maryland. This position involves providing patient care primarily to adult and geriatric populations, with a focus on telemetry monitoring and general medical-surgical nursing duties. The RN will work scheduled days shift and contribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting patient needs efficiently and safely.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, starting on 08/24/2026
• Required Qualifications: Active Maryland or Compact RN license, BLS certification, NIHSS certification, CPI certification, 0 years of minimum experience, located in the United States
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required within scope and lower acuity as needed
• Additional Information:
  • Experience in charting with EPIC electronic medical record system required; 2 years preferred
  • Patient ratios are 5:5:5 on days, nights, and weekends respectively
  • Unit caters to adult and geriatric patient populations with a daily census of approximately 35 patients
  • Competency in managing blood products, central line care, chest tubes, feeding tubes, high flow nasal cannula, dysrhythmia interpretation, and oxygen therapy required
  • Certifications such as CPI, BLS, and NIHSS are mandatory for compliance and onboarding purposes
  • The candidate must be comfortable floating within scope and adhering to unit policies regarding scheduling, RTO, and holiday coverage
