We are seeking an experienced and compassionate MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality care to adult patients requiring medical-surgical and cardiac monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients' conditions and vital signs.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient status.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
- Provide routine medical-surgical nursing care and interventions.
- Monitor patients for complications and promptly report changes.
- Assist physicians with procedures and treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Follow hospital policies, infection-control procedures, and patient-safety standards.
Active RN license. BLS certification required. Previous Med/Surg and Telemetry experience preferred. Strong cardiac monitoring and assessment skills. Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
