ED - minimum 2 years ED experience, triage experience required,charge Nurse experience preferredGeneralDetails-Bedsidepatient care position-Epic experience required-Every other weekend, every other holidayUnit Description: ICU16 bed ICU & intermediate care (IMC) unitAverage daily census of 81:2 ratio for ICU, 1:3 ratio for IMC4 North, 4 South, & SSU32 bed Med/Surg/Tele unitsAverage daily census of 17-221:5 patient ratio (1:6 during surg staffing) with nursing assistant supportAdditional support from lightly assigned Charge Nurse (1:2 patient ratio)ED23 monitored bed unitAverage daily census 70-100 patients, all stages of life1:4 patient ratio (1:5 during surg staffing) with nursing assistant supportAdditional support from unassigned Charge NurseDedicated triage nurse Guaranteed Hours
