Job Summary: The facility is seeking a Medical Surgical with Telemetry registered nurse for a position located in an advanced care setting. The role involves providing patient care within a collaborative team environment, supporting a variety of units including medical-surgical and telemetry services. The position requires flexibility to support float activities across different areas as needed.
Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift with 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week, from 10/05/2026 to 01/25/2027.
Required Qualifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification; a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; experience in a Level 1 trauma teaching facility; EPIC electronic medical record experience within the past 2 years.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in units such as hematology, oncology, orthopedics, neurology, neurosurgery, ENT, and gynecology.
Additional Information: This is a float pool position; floating to support units outside of the candidates primary area may be required. No block schedules are offered, and orientation occurs bi-weekly on Mondays. All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained, and complete work history is mandatory for submission. Due to location, reliable transportationpersonal or rental vehicleis strongly recommended.
