Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS Telemetry) nurse position in Middlebury, Vermont. This assignment is for 13-16 weeks with an immediate start, offering a full-time schedule during daytime hours. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting with telemetry monitoring.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications:
Prior travel experience
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications required; NIHSS must be completed prior to start
A minimum of 2 years medical-surgical telemetry experience; progressive care experience preferred
EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) experience within the past 2 years and nonnegotiable - Additional Information:
IVS to OFFER
Schedule includes availability from Monday to Sunday, no block schedules for any reason
Bi-weekly orientations on Monday
Candidate must ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained
All work history information, including bed count, EMR, and facility type, must be complete for submission
Public transportation is NOT accessible in this area; reliable personal or rental vehicle strongly recommended
Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during November through April
