Job Details
Position: RN for Resource Pool, Float, M/S Tele by specialty, working nights.
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Current NY nursing license, or proof of application, with an application date submitted; AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience within the past 2 years; NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification prior to start; minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Medical Surgical with Telemetry; at least 1 year of recent relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications: CMSRN certification.
Additional Information:
Able to work 2 out of 3 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas/Christmas Eve, and New Years Day/Eve.
Must work every other weekend and be flexible to adjust schedule based on unit needs.
Expectation to work ED HOLD patients.
All employment gaps over 90 days should be explained.
Complete work history, including bed count, EMR system, and facility type, is required for submission.
All applicants must have reliable transportation; vehicles should be equipped for winter conditions from November through April.
No block schedules; bi-weekly orientations on Mondays.
