Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in a team-based care delivery model alongside bedside RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Float to various units including but not limited to med-surg, ICU and others as needed to meet facility demand.
• Provide care to patients with acute and chronic illnesses including cardiac and respiratory conditions.
• Administer titratable drips, manage tracheostomies, and perform complex wound care.
• Ensure adherence to care standards by integrating virtual nurse support for admission and discharge tasks.
• Handle administrative tasks that do not require physical RN presence, ensuring efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of telemetry experience in a large urban hospital setting.
• Proficient in EPIC charting system.
• Experience with trauma level I facilities.
• Must not be a first-time traveler; exceptions for those with extensive Level l Academic Medical Center experience.
• Ability and willingness to float frequently to meet hospital staffing needs.
