- Holiday Requirement: One winter holiday (Eve or Day)

- Floating: ICU, Intermediate Care, and Telemetry units
- Openings: 2
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,070 - $2,180
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with eligibility to work in Pennsylvania by the start date
- Minimum of 2 years of MICU or adult critical care nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- BSN required
- Experience with Epic electronic health record (EHR) charting system
- Strong critical care background with the ability to manage high-acuity patients
- Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and floating to related acute care units
- Ability to thrive in a 2:1 patient ratio environment
- First-time travel nurses are welcome
Responsibilities
- Provide expert bedside nursing care to critically ill adult and geriatric patients in the MICU
- Monitor and treat patients with sepsis, respiratory failure, ARDS, multiorgan dysfunction, renal and liver failure, GI bleeding, oncology diagnoses, and post-cardiac arrest conditions
- Manage ventilators, vasoactive drips, cardiac drips, sedation, IV insulin protocols, and other advanced ICU therapies
- Support complex procedures and bedside interventions, including tracheostomies, PEGs, central venous access, bronchoscopy, EGD, and massive transfusion protocols
- Care for patients requiring CVVHD/CRRT, arterial line monitoring, Swan-Ganz monitoring, and hemodynamic support
- Collaborate closely with respiratory therapy, pharmacy, radiology, phlebotomy, rapid response, and other interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Document patient care accurately in Epic while maintaining excellent infection prevention, safety, and patient-centered standards
- Adapt to changing clinical priorities and contribute to a supportive, high-performing critical care nursing team
