Job Requirements
Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a recognized Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) program.
Certifications Requirements: ASCP or AMT certification, BLS certification.
Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of generalist laboratory experience with strong phlebotomy and blood banking skills.
Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital setting.
