Requirements: Active fetal monitoring certification required: C-EFM REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION; BLS required; MD/ Compact license in hand, no exceptions; 3 years of RN acute care experience required; Antepartum and EFM experience preferred; Antepartum/postpartum cross-training expected; No call required; Rotating holidays + weekends, cannot accommodate block scheduling
Responsibilities:
Provide maternal and newborn care in a hospital setting, supporting labor, postpartum, and antepartum patients.
Float to Labor and Delivery to assist with LDRP needs and ensure continuity of patient care.
Utilize fetal monitoring skills and certifications to assess fetal well-being.
Support antepartum and postpartum patients with comprehensive nursing care.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient support during night shifts.
