Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Onsite | Rotating Holidays and Weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Provide couplet care for postpartum and newborn patients on a 27-bed family-centered unit
- Perform newborn assessments and deliver antepartum patient care services
- Float to Labor and Delivery as needed to support LDRP unit needs
- Perform antepartum and postpartum cross-coverage as required by unit staffing needs
- Complete facility-required orientation modules prior to start date via online learning portal
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of RN acute care experience required
- Active Maryland RN license or Compact license in hand at time of submission – no exceptions
- Active C-EFM (Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification required at time of submission
- Current BLS certification required
- Travel nursing experience required
- Proof of residency must match candidate licensure
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Antepartum and Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) clinical experience preferred
- Experience with Labor and Delivery in an LDRP setting
