Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Mother-Baby / Postpartum – Mission Hills, CA 91345

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Mission Hills, California

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30), 91-day assignment. Patient ratio 1:4. On-call required. Float rotation within division to competency areas including Labor & Delivery for recoveries and NICU assistance as directed. Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day). 6 weekend shifts per 12-week period.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact license must be in hand at submission; pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 3 years of postpartum/mother-baby nursing experience
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required
• Experience with cesarean section, high-risk antepartum, postpartum, and vaginal delivery patients
• Proficiency in caring for neonates, adolescents, and adults with diagnoses including vaginal delivery, cesarean delivery, preeclampsia, diabetes, late preterm, and hyperbilirubinemia
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Clean background check required
