Travel MRI Tech - $1,594 to $1,794 per week in Hudson, FL

Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Technologist to our team to accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in MRI or RT (ARRT) credential with MRI specialization.
• State licensure for MRI technologists in Florida.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience, including independent operation of MRI scanners and patient care in an acute care or hospital imaging setting.
• Experience with GE Signa 1.5T systems or similar MRI platforms preferred.
• Experience performing neuro, abdominal (including MRCP and MRA), vascular (aortic) and MSK exams, including arthrograms preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the MRI suite with radiologist availability for questions required.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation approximately 4–5 days per month as noted by the facility.
• Ability to maintain MRI safety protocols and screen patients for contraindications to MRI required.
