Travel MRI Tech - $1,988 per week in Durango, CO

Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: MRI Technologist Specialty: MRI Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Days Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: No license required for submission Certifications: BLS, ARRT (MR) Must-Have: - Average of 14 MRI scans/studies per day - Proficient in starting IVs - Familiarity with EPIC as the charting system - Experience in general MRI for head, neck, abdomen, and extremities Description: The MRI Technologist will work in the Radiology Department. The unit has one MRI scanner. There is no need to float to other areas. The department employs a radiologist who is available during the day. MRI technologists are required to be on call one night per week and every three to four weekends. Weekend and holiday coverage is mandatory. Scrubs are to be worn in professional colors. Department-specific orientation will be provided. The hospital may cancel up to four shifts during the 13-week assignment. Candidates should ensure familiarity with general MRI imaging techniques. No Registered Radiology Assistants will be utilized in this role.
