Travel MRI Tech - $2,163 to $2,363 per week in Springfield, OH

Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Tech to our team to accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• ARRT MR (Advanced MRI Registry) required.
• Must have at least 1 year of MRI experience in a hospital setting.
• GE MRI experience required. Experience with 1.5T GE systems preferred.
• Experience with Epic EHR and Change (GE) PACS preferred.
• Experience starting IVs and administering MR contrast agents.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred upon hire; required prior to direct patient care.
• Associate degree from an ARRT-accredited program preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift: Wednesdays 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (imaging lab) with Wednesday on-call 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Shift: Thursdays 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (imaging lab).
• Shift: Fridays 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (SRMC).
• Weekend call coverage required: specified weekend call periods include Saturday 7:00 AM to Sunday 7:00 PM on select dates.
• Will operate two MRI units: one onsite hospital MRI and one outpatient center MRI; floating between locations required.
• Average daily caseload approximately 22 exams.
