Travel MRI Tech - $2,166 to $2,366 per week in Cumming, GA

Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Technologist to our team to accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent MRI technologist experience within specialty.
• Experience with 1.5T/3.0T MRI systems; familiarity with 720F MRI preferred.
• Experience performing breast biopsy exams and mammography-related procedures preferred. ARRT – Mammography preferred.
• Experience working in an acute care hospital setting with ED, inpatient, and outpatient populations. Departmental average of 25–30 patients per day expected.
• Experience using Cerner or similar electronic health record systems preferred.

Assignment Details:

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
• Primary work includes 24-hour and departmental care to emergency department, inpatients, and outpatients.
• Must be able to perform breast biopsy exams.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
