Allied/other professions (sterile processing, respiratory, radiology, etc.) can start on Mondays or any other day. Those areas don't have to go through the educators so start dates are flexible. Augusta has a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for THC. Medical marijuana cards are NOT accepted. Augusta requires a DS during compliance AND they will do their own DS on day 1. Fit Testing is required. Per Augusta Health policy, travelers must shave for a fit test. If they want an exemption, they need a letter from a provider that is approved by the Employee Health Services team before they come onsite and are cleared to start/be compliant.
